The Inn on Pamlico Sound is committed to transparency in our inclusive pricing. Our Working Invoice process assures no unexpected costs. Each decision during your process which impacts cost generates an updated Working Invoice to keep the event on track and on budget.
All event services include use of the Inn’s grounds, tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, linens, setup and breakdown, all servers, bartenders and event coordinators, and equipment from wedding arches to breeze resistant table lanterns. All No Stress Weddings and Wedding Weekends include dinner for two during the planning process. There are no hidden costs, we feature a liberal refund policy, and balances are due after the event when you are satisfied with our services.
The following are sample unit costs for our event services before tax, gratuity, and alcohol, and do not include lodging. These are samples only; actual costs are specific to your number of guests, services and season.
Peak season – Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend
Shoulder Season – April 1st thru Wed. before Memorial Day / Tue. after Labor Day thru Late October
Off Season – Late October thru March 31st
